Moet Chandon Brut Rose N.V.
Generously produced by Simon as an interlude between entree and mains, this Champagne held lovely floral aromas of strawberry, biscuit, honey and some nuts lurking. On the palate well balanced, with long beading, great structure and lovely soft dry finish. A straight down the line pink Champagne which is always welcome in my glass. Oh yummy.
