d’Arenberg The Footbolt Shiraz 2004

Another red for dinner, this shiraz from Mclaren Vale had big aromas of berries, pepper and spice. The palate was juicy, medium round body, balanced sweet and dry. Good length and finish, a great allround shiraz, with typical Australian assertiveness. Well priced too.
