Orlando Jacob's Creek Sparkling Rose NV
As this wine was on special, decided to get a couple of bottles, one white and one rose. A pretty pale pink, it opened fairly aggressively to aromas of sherbert, lemon, strawberry, biscuits and sweet musk. On the palate beading was fair, with pretty racy acid, red fruits and a touch of cream. Finish was fairly thin and a little sharp, and there was a bit of residual sugars but overall not a bad wine for $9.
