Temple Bruer Shiraz Malbec 2003
65% Shiraz and 35% Malbec, this new vintage had soft aromas of cherries, vanilla, nougat, pepper and a touch of mint. On the palate it was medium to full bodied, with lush rounded fruit, and lovely soft tannins. Compared to previous vintages, this did seem fruitier and younger, but still a wonderfully consistent well made wine. One of my favourite reds.
