Taylors Promised Land White Cabernet Rose 2006
For our pre-dinner aperatif got this rose from the Clare Valley. Opened to a rather big fruity bouquet of raspberries, strawberries, currants, white pepper and a little herbaceousness. On the palate it was quite crisp with juicy berries dominant. Acidity was in check, and length decent and finish quite crisp and dry. There was some sweetness, but not too intrusive. Not a bad rose for around $15.
