Bridgewater Mill Adelaide Hills Chardonnay 2004

This chardonnay, made by Petaluma with fruit from the Piccadilly Valley had robust aromas of melon, fig, citruss, spice and cream. On the palate it had good character, with a nice fruit and oak balance, soft creamy malelolactic characteristics and a decent dry, almost salty long finish. Overall a confident and well structured mid-priced chardonnay, spot on for $25.
50+4+13+16+7 = 90/100
