Joseph Drouhin Chablis 2006
Its been a couple of years since we tried this Chablis, around Christmas 2005 and being the 2002 vintage. On the bouquet were aromas of melon, citrus, menthol, grilled nuts and a little sweet musk. The palate was quite tight and integrated, with clean juice and some nice mineral characters. Overall pretty much straight up Chablis, which does lack a little character, but still quite good.
