5. Poole's Rock Cockfighters Ghost Cabernet Sauvignon 2002

From the Coonawarra, this Cabernet showed a deep bouquet with cassis, capsicum, spice, cloves, mint and some chocolate. The palate was deep and savoury, with robust but controlled tannins, balanced acid and lengthy dry finish. This was a well made cabernet, and I think was the 2nd favourite with most people.
