7. Wise Margaret River Lot 80 Cabernet Sauvignon 2004

Another WA wine, the bouquet on this was quite interesting with cassis, cherries, mint and a sweet musky-apple aroma. On the palate it was relatively light to medium bodied, with relatively soft tannins and a dry finish. Decent structure yet not as interesting on the palate as on the nose. Still, it did have some character about it.
