8. Saltram Mamre Brook Cabernet Sauvignon 2004
And to the final Cabernet. Aromas of blackberry, currant, mint, vanillan, chocolate and a touch of spice. On the palate was nice rich fruits, with plush tannins finishing quite soft and dry. This wine was well crafted and balanced, and seemed quite popular with everybody. A very nice expression of the grape, and a very drinkable wine.
