Lillydale Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2006
Having liked their chardonnay, decided to try the Sav Blanc. On the bouquet big gooseberries, passionfruit aromas with some tropical fruit, a little spice and cream. On the palate it had quite a zingy acidity, which was just balanced, with citruss dominant. The length was reasonable and the finish a little harsh. Overall confidently made, but lacked a little character and finesse.
