6. Seppelt Original Sparkling Shiraz 2002

And to the final wine, this sparkling shiraz held aromas of blackberries, chocolate, spice and light leather notes. Palate wise it showed good weight and balance, with rich but not sweet fruit, nice tannins and quite a dry finish. Beading a little larger than the previous red. Slightly old fashioned in style.
