1. Segura Viudas Brut Reserva NV

To start off, this wine from Spain had aromas of citrus, green apple with touches of nuts and bread and flowers. Palate wise very dry, yet soft with quite fine beading. More citrus and apple with decent length made for quite pleasant drinking. A great sparkling wine, and quite cheap as well at $13 or so.
