Pirineos Merlot Cabernet Rosé 2004

50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, this Rosé from Somontano Spain had a lively bouquet of Strawberries, peach, watermelon, candied fruits and soft spice and a olive-oily balsam. On the palate it was quite crunchy and chewy, with fresh acidity. Nice balance, good length and soft dry finish made this an enjoyable Mediterranean Rosé. Quite delicious.
