Domaine du Château d'eau Pinot Noir 2001
A Vin du Pays from Moillard, this Pinot had a dirty cherry brick colour. On the bouquet strawberry, raspberry, cedar and soft earth, with a glint of mocha at the back. Palate wise dry cherry and plums, very thin and relatively short on length, similar to a Beaujolais. Overall light and elegant.
