The first of the 11 reds. Opened to aromas of cherry, blackberry, licorice and spice. On the palate it was fairly light and forward, with more juicy sourish fruits over dryish tannins. Length was a little short but finish was satisfying enough. Overall not a bad Cotes du Rhone but certainly have had better.
