Orlando Jacob's Creek Riesling 2006
Having tried the Reserve and Steingarten recently, thought I should give the base riesling a try. Rather soft boquet of lime, lemon, pear and a touch of spice. The palate was quite light, but balanced with lime-juice and not much else. Nominal length and finish was a bit non-existant. Quite drinkable but not much to consider or enjoy. Overall while quite cheap, this is quite an anaemic wine.
