Château Villerambert-Julien Rosé 2004

Have had this rose from Minervois several times before, and is quite a good one. Strawberry, cherries, spice and nuts on the bouquet, with quite a well balanced, light-bodied palate. Very nice with a good tamarind satay sauce. Not bad price either at around $20. Made from 40% Syrah - 30% Grenache - 20% Carignan and 10% Mourvèdre.
