Wolf Blass Gold Label Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir 2003
A mid priced $25 pinot, the bouquet was quite lucious and lovely, with rich berries, strawberry, mulch, spice (cinnamon?) and caramel. On the palate again quite rich in fruit, soft and balanced and decent length. This is sort of a crowd pleaser pinot, lacking a little distinctiveness, however you could certainly impress perhaps someone you intend to covet. Overall good value and well made.
