Beelgara Estate Gun Shearer Chardonnay 2004

Deborah picked this Chardonnay up for around $12, which is cheaper than its usual price around $20. Pale gold, it had aromas of peach, melon and tropical fruits. On the palate it was relatively soft and balanced, but the fruit dominated, and became a bit sickly sweet towards the end. Not much depth to this wine, and could have been better crafted.
