04. Maison Champy Bourgogne Chardonnay 2004

On to some white burgundy, this chardonnay from the Bourgogne region opened to an attractive bouquet of minerals, nuts and a touch of cream. The palate was refreshing and balanced, with very nice acid and slightly woody finish. Very nice drinking, and fairly popular.
