05. Mount Horrocks Watervale Riesling 2003

This riesling from Watervale, showed a relatively developed bouquet of citrus, florals, and a touch of petroleum. On the palate it was lively with good balance and length. Could do with a little further cellaring but still quite a good example of the style.
