Wolfberger Crémant d'Alsace Brut NV

My first Alsatian Crémant, this sparkling pinot blanc had green apple, citrus and hints of musk on the nose. The beading was fair, and quite dry and clean on the palate. Not a lot of length or complexity here, but otherwise nice, balanced and uncomplicated drinking. Good as an aperitif, or a partner perhaps with shellfish or cheese.
