Trimbach Gewurztraminer 2003

Textbook Alsatian Gewurztraminer, with soft aromas of grapefruit, stones, musk and spice. On the palate it had a soft focused minerality, with a powdery mouthfeel. A little leaner than previous vintages but still consistent.
Lovely with apple and swiss cheese.
