Chateau Tour de Mirambeau Bordeaux Superieur Rouge 2004
Another of the cheap French wines at vintage, this Cabernet Merlot blend had aromas of plums, cassis, redcurrants with hints of mint and caramel. On the palate it was soft and well balanced, with currants and a dry, soft spicy finish. A confident medium bodied red, neither extraordinary nor dissapointing.
