Hugel Riesling 2006
For our roast pork dinner we opened this riesling from Alsace. On the bouquet were some lovely aromas of lime, sherbet, florals, minerals and musk. The palate was pitch perfect with clean fruits over soft chalky minerals, lovely acid and very dry powdery finish. Again consistent and a perfect example of a basic Alsatian reisling. Lovely.
