Domaine Henri Bourgeois Sancerre 'la Vigne Blanche' 2007

Friday night and Deb brought home this French white for our aperitif. Opened to some aromas of sherbet, citrus, minerals and musk. On the palate fruit and acid were nicely balanced over chalky and powdery minerals. Overall quite a straightforward and enjoyable Sancerre.
