Yering Station ED Rose 2008
One of my favourite Australian Roses, this the latest vintage opened to quite some pretty aromas of red berries, cream, blackcurrant jubes and red cordial. On the palate it was approaching sweetness, with well balanced acid and a refreshing dry finish. I did feel it lacked a little depth compared to previous vintanges, but still very well made. Just hope the drift towards sweetness goes no further.
