Portone Pinot Grigio Pink 2006

Always keen to try wines from Portone, as they are usually quite a bargain. A light pink blush in colour, the bouquet showed strawberries, redcurrant, fizzy peach and some citrus. On the palate it was very fresh, with some nice fruit, balanced acidity and soft dry finish. Not a lot of depth or complexity but nonetheless very drinkable. Again another very good value wine at around $10.
