Leconfield Old Vines Riesling 2005

After enjoying their Cab Sav, was curious to try their riesling. Opened to a very floral bouquet of lemon, orange, white peach, sherbet, musk and spice. On the palate it was well bodied, with soft but powerful fruits over some nice clean acid and mineral. Finished soft and long. Overall quite an excellent example of Australian riesling. Very good value at around $25.
