Chateau Tour Plantey Graves 2002 Blanc
Picked this up when I was getting my wine for the Woine Toime riesling challenge. Pale yellow with a green tinge and a smokey lime bouquet with a slight minerally smell.
Velvety on the forepalate with a broad refreshing midpalate and when it warmed to a cleansing acidity with a medium length. This would be wonderful with a mildly flavoured fish and is a delight to drink on it's own.
I will have to see if I can pick up another bottle of this at some stage.
