Chateau Fonreaud 2007

More Bordeaux, this one a Cru Bourgeois Supérieur from Listrac-Medoc. On the bouquet were aromas of black fruits, Cabernet leaf, spice, oak, coffee and a hint of menthol. The palate was refined and integrated - everything quite balanced and working well. Tannins were smooth and finish elegant. Although not a big wine it was quite fine and nicely crafted. Well worth the price. Very good.
