Time for something Alsatian, this
riesling from their "Festive Pleasures" range showed aromas of lemon, minerals, petrol and white flowers. On the palate it was quite racy with robust acidity, more minerals and citrus dominant. Finished quite dry and very clean. Overall quite a
focused and linear
riesling, which would suit fish or shellfish with cream sauces.
