Salomon Undhof Kremser Kögl Riesling 2002
For our christmas lunch of roast pork, I tentatively opened this riesling, as my ability to smell was quite limited due to my recent flu. Mid golden in colour, Deborah indicated aromas of green apples, pear, honey and some minerals. On the palate it seemed quite fine and dry, with some nice minerals and decent length. Overall a very nice and reasonably developed wine, of which I could only imagine.
